Biography

Hon. Antonio Manansala is an associate circuit judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court (Division 12) of Missouri.

The 23rd Judicial Circuit Court includes Jefferson County.

Prior to joining the bench, he was an assistant public defender with the Missouri State Public Defender System in Jefferson County. Manansala also spent time as a district defender in Hillsboro and Columbia and was in private practice for several years.

He received a B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1982. Manansala went on to complete a J.D. at Washburn University School of Law in 1985.

He has been involved with the Knights of Columbus in Arnold, the High Ridge Elks, and the Hillsboro Rotary Club.

Manansala was named Defender of the Year.

His late father, Dr. Antonio Q. Manansala, practiced medicine in Arnold, Missouri. Manansala is a longtime resident of Jefferson County.
