The Hon. Alice W. Padgett is a judge for the Columbia County Probate Court in Georgia. She was re-elected to the bench on November 8, 2016.

Prior to her election, Padget was a sole practitioner in her own private practice, where she specialized in family law, domestic relations, adoptions, and real estate matters.

Padgett earned a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1987. She then completed a J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in 1990.

She is registered as a Republican.
