ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel
for Defendants, JOHN HANCOCK and FORSA LLC, and this Court having considered the
motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for JOHN HANCOCK and FORSA LLC, is
GRANTED. Willis & Oden, and Patrick H. Willis, Esq. are relieved of any further
responsibility as counsel of record for JOHN HANCOCK and FORSA LLC.
2. Defendants shall have 30 days to retain new counsel. All discovery deadlines for
requests for production, interrogatories, requests for admission and all currently
scheduled depositions and hearings are all continued for thirty (30) days.
