to enforce the terms thereof. If the Defendant does not comply with the terms of the Stipulation,
Plaintiff need only file and serve an Affidavit of Non-Payment, and a Final Judgment may be issued
without a hearing. This Order shall dispose of all pending matters. The Clerk is directed to close
the file.
