                  circulated in ORANGE County, Florida in the manner shown by the proof of Publication attached,

                  and   on  03/17/2020,     the  property   was   offered   for public  sale   to the  highest   and   best  bidder   for

                  cash.    The   highest   and   best   bid  received    for the   property   in the   amount    of  $74,200.00     was

                  submitted by U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK

                  OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK

                  NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST,

                  MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, to whom the property

                  was sold. The proceeds of the sale are retained for distribution in accordance with the order of

                  Final Judgment or law.

      Times a weekly newspaper published at Winter Garden , Orange County, Florida;
      that the attached copy of advertisement,

      being a Notice of Foreclosure Sale

      in the matter of US Bank vs. Wanda Agosto etc et al

      in the Circuit Court, was published in said newspaper in the

      issues of 2/6/2020, 2/13/2020

               Affiant further says that the said West Orange Times is a newspaper
      published at Winter Garden , Orange County, Florida, and that said newspaper has
      heretofore been continuously published and has been entered as periodicals matter
