The undersigned counsel's office is located outside of ORANGE County, Florida and would be put to great expense and time to appear personally at the hearing. The Pre-Trial Conference scheduled for August 11, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. will not require more than 15 minutes. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that this Court enter an Order allowing Plaintiffs counsel to appear by telephone at the Pre-Trial Conference scheduled on August 11, 2020 at 1:30 P.M.
