MOTION FOR TELEPHONIC ATTENDANCE AT PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Plaintiff, NORTHWEST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION by and through their undersigned counsel,
moves this Court to enter an Order to allow the Plaintiff to appear telephonically at the PRE-TRIAL
CONFERENCE scheduled for August 11, 2020 at 1:30 P.M., pursuant to Florida Rules of Judicial
Administration, Rule 2.530(c), and would state as follows:
4 The undersigned counsel represents the Plaintiff in this action.
2 Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, Rule 2.530(c) states:
“A county or circuit court judge may, upon the written request of a party
upon reasonable notice to all other parties, permit a requesting party to
participate through communication equipment in a scheduled motion
hearing; however, any such request (except in criminal, delinquency, and
appellate proceedings) must be granted, absent a showing of good cause
to deny same, where the hearing is set for not longer than 15 minutes.
3. The undersigned counsel's office is located outside of ORANGE County, Florida and
would be put to great expense and time to appear personally at the hearing. The Pre-Trial Conference
scheduled for August 11, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. will not require more than 15 minutes.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that this Court enter an Order allowing Plaintiffs counsel to
appear by telephone at the Pre-Trial Conference scheduled on August 11, 2020 at 1:30 P.M.
