THIS CAME before the court on October 28, 2021, on Plaintiff's Motion to Strike and
Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. The Court having reviewed the motions, the court filed, hearing
arguments of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
FINDS:
A. On October 28, 2021, the Court granted Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss without
prejudice for Plaintiff failing to retain counsel.
B. The October 28, 2021 Order granted Plaintiff 30 days to hire counsel.
C. The October 28, 2021 Order further stated that if Plaintiff failed to hire counsel, then
the lawsuit may be dismissed with prejudice.
D. Plaintiff failed to comply with the October 28, 2021 Court Order.
E. On December 2, 2021, the Court entered an order dismissing the lawsuit with
prejudice.
F. Plaintiff failed to request the Court reconsider it’s December 2, 2021 Order.
G. Plaintiff failed to file a notice of an appeal to the December 2, 2021 Order.

This Court orders the return of the money for the cash security bond as related to the
above cases and posted with the Brevard County clerk of court by William A. Jackson in the
amount of $50,160.89 less any clerk fees and costs be returned to him.
