Plaintiff, Vistana Development, Inc., a Florida Corporation ("Plaintiff"), by and through its undersigned
attorneys, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 1.250, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby files it notice to
drop The Estate of Nancy M. Pratt, and Any and all Unknown Parties who may claim an interest as spouses, heirs,
devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, personal representatives, administrators or as other
claimants, by, through, under or against Nancy M. Pratt, deceased as party defendant(s), as it relates to Nancy M.
Pratt, who is deceased, and was survived by her husband Lawrence C. Pratt, with whom she held title by the
entireties and in whom title vested upon her death.
