Unit Week 20, in Unit 0849, in Vistana Springs Condominium, pursuant to the Declaration of
Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4052, Page 3241, Public Records of Orange County,
Florida and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto ('Declaration'). (Contract No.: 01-22-
410163)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis
Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The aforesaid sale will be held pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on June 19, 2018, in
