undersigned attorneys, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 1.250, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby files
it notice to drop The Estate of Stephen P. Wojciechowski, Any and all Unknown Parties who claim an interest
as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, personal representatives,
administrators or as other claimants, by, through, under or against Stephen P. Wojciechowski, deceased, as
party defendant(s), as it relates to Stephen P. Wojciechowski who is deceased and who was survived by his wife
and in whom title vested upon his death.
