                           The following is my Application for Medical Leave of Absence for April 11, 2022 through
                  and  including    May   10,  2022   (Exhibit A).    This  Application for     Medical Leave      of Absence is     in
                  addition to my Application for Leave of Absence previously filed.

                                       APPLICATION FOR MEDICAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE

                           Comes now, CAROLINE PINERES and respectfully notifies all judges before whom she
                  has cases pending, all effected clerks of Court, and all opposing counsel that she will be on leaver
                  pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16. The periods of leave during which time Applicant
                  will be away from the practice of law are:

                           From April 11, 2022 through and including May 10, 2022.

                           All  affected Judges     and opposing     counsel   shall have    ten (10)  days from     the date of   this
                  Notice to object. If no objections are filed, the leave shall be granted.
