Unit Week 20, in Unit 2713, an Even Biennial Unit Week in Vistana Cascades Condominium, pursuant to
the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 5312, Page 2312, Public Records
of Orange County, Florida and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto ('Declaration').

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis
Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The aforesaid sale will be held pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on July 16, 2018, in
Civil Case No. 2017-CA-008072-O, now pending in the Circuit Court in Orange County, Florida.
