NOW COMES SIERRA INVESTMENT ASSOCIATES, Plaintiff, and files this its
Motion to Quash B. Donald Hill, Jr. and ‘The Wilson Group, Ltd.’s Notice of Oral Deposition of the
Plaintiff Sierra Investment Associates (the “Notice”) and would show the Court as follows:
1. Plaintiff objects to the time and place of the deposition designated in the Notice.
2. Plaintiff further objects to the Notice in that Defendants B. Donald Hill, Jr. and The
Wilson Group, Ltd. are attempting to control the order or sequence of discovery in this case contrary
to Rule 192.2, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
