COMES NOW, Sierra Investment Associates, and files this motion for partial non-suit
with prejudice of conversion claims against Wilson Office Interiors, LLC and as grounds for
same would show as follows:

1.

I. As the parties have compromised a portion of the existing litigation. Sierra
Investment Associates moves the Court te enter the attached Order on Plaintiff's Partial Non-
Suit With Prejudice of Conversion Claims Against Wilson Office Interiors, LLC. Sierra
Investment Associates moves to dismiss with prejudice only its conversion claim against Wilson

Office Interiors, LLC with each party to bear its own costs and fees on this claim only.

2. Wilson Office Interiors, LLC has approved the attached order
