To all and singular the sheriffs of the State:
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to serve this Summons and a copy of the
Complaint, Notice of Designation of Email Address, Interrogatories and Request to
Produce in this action on the Defendant, WALT DISNEY PARKS AND RESORTS U.S.,
INC., MARGARET C. GIACALONE as RA, 1375 East Buena Vista Drive, 4th Floor
North, Lake Buena Vista, Florida, 32830. Defendant is hereby required to serve written
defenses to said Complaint on CHRISTOPHER D. RUSSO, ESQ., MOODY LAW, P.A.,
Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 575 North Broadway, Post Office Box 266, Bartow, FL
33830, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons on the Defendant, exclusive
of the date of service, and to file the original of said written defenses with the Clerk of this
Court either before service on Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter. If Defendant
fails to do so, default will be entered against the Defendant for the relief demanded in the
Complaint. Defendant is required to respond to the Interrogatories and Request to
Produce within forty-five (45) days after the service of this Summons.
