On January 20, 2020 counsel for Plaintiff submitted to the Court via e-filing a
Notification for Sealing attaching two orders granting plaintiff’s motion to seal the
documents bearing Bates stamp numbers SB 000513 – SB 000548 and SB 000219 – SB
000224.
On January 21, 2020 counsel for Plaintiff received a notification from NYCEF
that the document was returned for correction.
As per the instructions of the Clerk of the Court, Mr. Almanzar, we respectfully
request that the attached amended Order directing the sealing of docket numbers 83, 85,
88 and 89 in the above-mentioned case be granted so that it may be attached to a refiling
of the Notification for Sealing.
