letter dated April 19, 2019, which was e-filed last night. We respectfully request that the Court
not enter judgment until both (a) the transcript of the April 5 proceedings (which we will e-file as
soon as we receive itfrom the court reporter) is so-ordered and (b) the Passover holiday has ended
(Gurney's management is observant and Gurney's will not be able to arrange payment until after
the holiday).
