Plaintiff, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, files this Status Report and
states:
1 This matter arises out of an FHA Note and Mortgage originated by
Andre St. Steve Kiffin (hereinafter the “Borrower”) on April 4,
2017, for the property located at 2126 N. 32nd avenue, Hollywood,
Florida 33021 in the amount of $319,113.00 with the first payment
due on June 1, 2017. The loan in default as of May 1, 2019.
Plaintiff filed its Complaint for foreclosure of mortgage on October
18, 2019.
A default was entered against Borrower on December 4, 2019.
On February 28, 2020, counsel for the Borrower filed a notice of
appearance, a motion to vacate the default and a motion to continue
the trial set for March 4, 2020.
On March 3, 2020, the Plaintiff filed a response to the Borrowers’
Motion to Vacate, and motion to continue the trial.
On March 3, 2020, the Borrower filed an amended motion to vacate
default.
A case management conference is set on this matter for September 29,
2020.
