Comes now, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff,by and through
moves this Court to cancel a mortgage foreclosure sale and as
undersigned counsel, respectfully
grounds therefore states as follows:
1. On August 17, 2021, this Court entered a Final Judgment of Foreclosure pursuant
to which a foreclosure sale was scheduled for November 16,2021.
2. The foreclosure sale scheduled for November 16, 2021 was canceled upon entry
of an order grantingPlaintiffs Motion to Cancel Sale, as a result of loss mitigation,
entered on
November 16,2021. Subsequently,the foreclosure sale was rescheduled to February 16, 2022.
3 Plaintiff respectfullyrequests the sale scheduled for February 16, 2022 be
canceled as Plaintiff is continuing to review Defendant's eligibility
to participatein loss
mitigationopportunities.
