PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF JUDICIAL DEFAULT AGAINST
DEFENDANT RR TREASURE COAST, LLC

Granada Insurance Company ("Granada"), pursuant to Rule 1.500(b) of the Florida Rules
of Civil Procedure, hereby moves for entry of Judicial Default against Defendant RR Treasure
Coast, LLC. (“RR Treasure”), and in support states as follows:

1. On December 6, 2010, Granada filed its Complaint for Declaratory Relief (the
“Complaint”).

2. On December 16, 2019, RR Treasure was properly served by service on an
authorized entity, Jean C. Romain, General Manager and husband of Registered Agent Marie
