Bank successor by merger to American Express Bank, FSBI, shall move this Court located at
60 Centre Street, New York, New York 10007 at Motion Submissions Part, Room 130 on
November 1, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an Order
pursuant to CPLR §3215: (i)awarding default judgment in favor of plaintiff, Americañ Express
FSBI
National Bank successor by merger to American Express Bank, and against defendants,
Hungsup Hwang, individually and d/b/a MELS NOBLE and MELS NOBLE as to plaintiff's
causes of action, as prayed for in the complaint; and (ii) such further relief as this Court deems just
and proper.
The above-entitled action is an action to recover debts involving consumer credit
transactions.
