attached thereto, and the accompanying Memorandum of Law, Plaintiff Zurich American
Insurance Company, shall move before this Court in IAS Submission Part, Room 130, at the
Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York, on the 8th day of February 2019,
at 9:30 a.m. for an Order pursuant to CPLR § 3124 compelling Non-Party Robert E. Brown, P.C.
(the "Brown Firm") to provide a complete response to Zurich's Document Subpoena Request;
and for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper together with the
costs of this motion.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to CPLR 2214(b), you are required
to serve answering affidavits seven (7) days before the retum date hereof.
