                           PLEASE TAKE NOTICE upon the annexed affidavits of Michael H. Passman and Gregg

                  D.  Weinstock     and  the  exhibits   annexed    thereto,  First  Specialty   Insurance    Corporation,     by  and

                  through their undersigned attorneys, will move this Court on September 24, 2018 at 9:30 in the

                  forenoon at the Motion Support Office, Room 130, 60 Centre Street, New York, New York or as

                  soon   thereafter  as  counsel   can   be  heard,  for  an  Order   pursuant   to  § 602.2   of  the  Rules   of the

                  Appellate Division, First Department and § 520.11 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals, granting

                  the  admission    pro  hac  vice  of  Michael    H.  Passman    of  BatesCarey     LLP,   191   N.  Wacker,    Suite

                  2400, Chicago, Illinois to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York for

                  all purposes    in connection    with   this action  and   for such   other  and  further  relief  this Court   may

                  deem just and proper.

                           Pursuant   to CPLR    §2214(b),   answering    affidavits, if any,  are required   to be  served  upon   the

                  undersigned at least seven (7) days before the return date of this motion.
