COMPLAINT

COME NOW the Plaintiffs, MIKLE FIZER AND RACHEL GRIEBLING-FIZER, by
and through the undersigned attorney and sue the Defendant, AMERICAN INTEGRITY
INSURANCE COMPANY OF FLORIDA, a corporation authorized and doing business in
the state of Florida, and alleges as follows:

1. This is an action for damages which exceed Fifteen Thousand and 00/100
($15,000.00) Dollars, exclusive of attorneys’ fees, costs and interest.

2. Plaintiffs’ property, located at 17891 SE 87th Bourne Avenue, The
Villages, FL, sustained storm damage.

3. Plaintiffs reported the loss to Defendant, and Defendant assigned the
claim number CHO-00082291, with the assigned date of loss as July 21, 2019.
