        THE COURT ORDERS THE FOLLOWING:

                Prior to any party filing any discovery motion in this action, the moving party must
18
       schedule and complete a telephonic discovery conference with all parties and the Court. Failure|
17
       for the opposing party to cooperate does not constitute reason not to comply with this order.

       The purpose of the discovery conference is to try and resolve the discovery issues
                                                                                             without the
19
       necessity of a motion. At the conference, the issues of the discovery dispute will be
                                                                                             discussed
20
       as well as potential referral of the case out to Judicial Reference (JR) pursuant to code.

       Referral to JR Is relatively rare but nonetheless, is a possibility after this conference.
                                                                                                  The time
22
      for bringing any discovery motion if necessary, will be tolled by any delay caused by the

      telephonic conference.

      Failure to obey this Order will result in Sanctions.
