in lieu of complaint, the Affirmation of Howard S. Koh, sworn to on May 21, 2018, and the
exhibits annexed thereto, and the accompanying memorandum of law, plaintiff Meister Seelig &
("
Fein LLP ("Plaintiff") will move this Court in the Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New
York, New York, Room 130, on the July 17, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. on that day, or as soon thereafter
as counsel can be heard, for an Order pursuant to CPLR § 3213: (a) granting Plaintiff summary
judgment against defendant on the negotiable instrument for the payment of money to Plaintiff
dated March 1, 2018 for $5,000.00, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, and all costs
and expenses incurred by Plaintiff in enforcing its rights thereunder; (b) granting Plaintiff
summary judgment against defendant on the negotiatable instrument for the payment of money
to Plaintiff dated April 1, 2018 for $5,000.00, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, and
all costs and expenses incurred by Plaintiff in enforcing its rights thereunder; (c) granting
Plaintiff summary judgment against defendant on the negotiable instrument for the payment of
money to Plaintiff dated May 1, 2018 for $5,000.00, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment
