IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson
LLP, as attorneys for phintiff, City of New York, and the defendant, Yuan Xian Zheng, that:
1. Dafandant Yuan Xian acknowledges and/or waives receipt of the Summcñs and Formal
Zheng,
Complaint, appears herein, and consents to the jurisdiction of this Court.
2. This action is settled upon the following terms and conditions:
3. The defendant has agreed to pay and the City of New York has agreed to accept the sum of
$6,500.00 which is to be paid as follows:
(a) Plaintiff ackonowldges receipt of an intial payment of $1,500.00;
(b) a subsequent payment in the amount of $5,000 is due on or before 03/15/2019 as settlement in
full.
4. A check or money order shall be made payable to THE CITY OF NEW YORK and mailed to:
LINEBARGER GOGGAN BLAIR & SAMPSON, LLP
P.O. BOX 702118
SAN ANTONIO, TX78270
5. The paymcat must have Matter Number 2016-043885 clearly written on it.
6. If defendant fails to make payment as agreed to above, plaintiff shall send to defêñdst a written
notice of the default by cidinary mail
prõviding
defendant with ten (10) days to cure. If defeñdañt fails to cure the
default, plaintiff may enter judgment, without further notice, for the full amount dcasded in the m.....- m and
complaint, less any payments made, together with interest, costs, and disbursements.

7. Upon payment in full, all parties shall be released from liability to each other
concerning the
matters in this dispute and plaintiff shall send a Stipulation of Discontinsance with Prejudice to defendant

8. Facsimile signatures shall have the same force and effect as orginals. This stipulation supersedes
any and all prior stipulations.
