DIFFERENTIATED CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER
THIS MATTER having come before the Court for review of the above styled civil
case by the presiding judge, sua sponte, and the Court otherwise being more fully advised,
IT IS, THEREFORE,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. If the parties hereto have previously entered into a Stipulated Case Management
Plan and Case Management Order, that Agreed Order shall prevail.
2. For parties that have not previously entered into a Stipulated Case Management
Plan and Case Management Order in compliance with AO-A-2021-13, the above styled
action is hereby designated as a General case type.
2. The following deadlines shall be observed:

3. The deadlines established in this Case Management Order shall be strictly
enforced by the Court unless good cause is shown. A firm trial date will be ordered by the
presiding judge when the case is at issue pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.440.
Procrastination in completing discovery or the unavailability of counsel will not constitute
good cause for a change to these deadlines. Failure to comply with deadlines may subject
the parties to sanctions, including but not limited to, striking of discovery, witnesses,
evidence, pleadings, imposition of attorney fees, and/or dismissal.
4. Within five (5) days from the date of e-service, counsel of record shall serve a
copy of this Differentiated Civil Case Management Order to each self-represented party by
U.S. Mail, first class, postage paid; and file a certificate of mailing signed by the attorney
that service has been made as set forth herein.
