1. Any and all documentation related to, including, but not limited to contracts, emails, correspondence,
invoices, notices to residents, documentation provided to residents, or other documentation related to
any dredging of common canal in or around the property located at 140 St. Thomas Circle S., Apollo
Beach, Florida 33572 which is under the control, direction, or authority of Caribbean Isle Residential
Cooperative Association, Inc. during the period of 2009 and 2014.
Please provide the completed, notarized, and signed Certificate of Authenticity by Business Records Affidavit.
By providing this documents, it will eliminate the need for a custodian of records to be subpoenaed to a hearing
or trial in the referenced proceeding.
