FOR PRELIMINARY/TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Plaintiffs, LAW OFFICES OF JENNIFER
D. PESHKE, P.A. and JENNIFER D. PESHKE’s Verified Emergency Motion for
Preliminary/Temporary Injunction which was served upon the Defendant, ANGELA CONTI, on July /
17, 2020. The Court has reviewed the pleadings filed herein, heard argument, and has otherwise
become fully advised in the premises. Therefore, upon consideration thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1 The Plaintiffs, LAW OFFICES OF JENNIFER D. PESHKE, P.A. and JENNIFER
D. PESHKE’s Verified Emergency Motion for Preliminary/Temporary Injunction is hereby
GRANTED.
2. The Defendant, ANGELA CONTI, is enjoined and restrained from continuing to
disseminate or publish, in any manner, the statements described in Plaintiffs’ Exhibit “A” to the
Complaint;
3. The Defendant, ANGELA CONTI, is enjoined and restrained from contacting any
clients of the LAW OFFICES OF JENNIFER D. PESHKE, P.A. and JENNIFER PESHKE; and
4, The Defendant, ANGELA CONTI, is enjoined and restrained from accessing or
using any client information belonging to or obtained from the LAW OFFICES OF JENNIFER D.

5. Pursuant to Rule 1.610(b), Fla. R. Civ. P., the Court determines that only a nominal
bond in the amount of $1,000.00 shall be required in this instance.
6. The Court expressly retains jurisdiction to determine entitlement and amount of
attorneys’ fees and costs and such other relief as may be required.
