as counsel of record for Defendants, WILLIAM D. PAYNE and LOIS E. PAYNE
(“Defendants”), in the place and stead of Mitch Dever, Esq., and as grounds therefore state the
following:
1. Defendants have retained Dana C. Matthews U, Esq. and Matthews & Jones, LLP, as
their attorney of record and have consented for Mitch Dever, Esq., to wvithdrave as their counsel
in the above-styled matter,
2. Mitch Dever, Esq. has agreed to this substitution and asks that he be permitted to
withdraw and relieved of any further responsibility in this matter.
