Complaint, and the Court having been otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint is granted.
2. The Plaintiff shall file its Amended Complaint within five (5) days of the entry of
this Order.
3. Defendant, CLARDY A. MALUGEN, shall file her responsive pleading to the
Amended Complaint within twenty (20) days from the date of filing the Amended Complaint.
4. Plaintiff shall serve the Amended Complaint upon the Defendant, PATRICIASTELZNER, in accordance with the applicable rules of civil procedure.
