filing of pleadings, Order of Court, or otherwise has occurred for a period of 10 months
immediately preceding service of this Notice, and no has been issued or approved by the
Court; therefore, any interested person, whether a party to the action or not, including the Court,
may serve notice to all parties that no such activity has oceurred. The Court hereby gives such
Notice.
Pursuant to Rule 1.420(e), any open claims that the clerk’s office shows open in this
action on the date below shall be di ed by the Court on its own motion or on the motion of
any interested person if (a) no legally s ient record activity occurs within 60 days following
the service of this Notice; and (b) if no stay is issued or approved during such 60-day period; or
(c) unless a party shows good cause in writing to the Clerk of the Court at the Osceola County
Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida, 34741, at least five (5) days prior to
November 5, 2021 at 9:00 AM, concerning why the action should remain pending. Such notice
is herein provided, without need for any further notice. The Court will take such action in
Chambers, without further notice.
If you file a Motion purporting to show good cause, you are further directed to
submit a proposed Order along with the Motion for the Court to indicate whether you have
or have not shown good cause.
