IT iS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the municipal officials having
custody of the assessment rolls shall correct the entry in the 2016 assessment roll to conform to this
stipulation. If any taxes were paid based on the "reduced from” 2016 assessment indicated above, a refund
of the taxes paid in the amount of the reduction of the above mentioned assessment will be made to the
petitioner(s).
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that this stipulation represents full settlement of the Small
Claims Assessment Review proceeding and that no costs of allowances shall be awarded or paid to, by, or
against any of the parties.
