Itis hereby stipulated and agreed that the above case is settled in the amount of $4,725.21, to be paid as
follows:
Defendant, Scott Hunneymam A/K/A Scott Hunneyman Jr, will make a payment of $472.52 due on or

before August 10, 2018, and then monthly payments of $100.00 will be due on or before the day of
each month starting September, 2018, untilthe remaining amount ispaid in full.
Upon payment in the Plaintiff will send to the Defendant a Discown eee Notice with
1) full, by
Prejudice.
2) Failure to make a timely payment will result in Plaintiff sending Defendant a letter giving the
Defendant ten (10) days written notice to cure.
3) If Defendant fails to pay within ten (10) days, Plaintiff may enter judgment for the full amount
claimed minus any payments made, plus costs and interest.
4) The parties further consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Supreme Court of the County of
Oswego, County of Oswego, State of New York.
5) This Stipulation of Settlement may be executed in counterparts, which, together, shall be deemed
one document. A facsimile, photocopy or other reproduction of the fullyexecuted stipulation
shall be treated as an original for the purposes of filing the same with the Court.
