in regular and continuous communication with Ms. Tiffany Young, (Paralegal associated with the Law
Offices of John L. Di Masi P.A., located at 801 N. Orange Avenue, Ste. 500 of Orlando, Florida 32801;
phone number 407-839-3383, ext. 222) and Ms. Jamie Bloomfield, Paralegal, as of August 25, 2017 in
regards to delinquent fees owed to Leland Management for property located at 15818 Woodland Spring
Court, Orlando, Florida.
The Paralegals and myself, Sandra Williams has reviewed ledgers and bank statements to determine
dates of posted HOA (Home Owners Association) fees while at the same time comparing dates
payments posted as paid versus dates of payments owed. Ms. Bloomfield has received and reviewed
requested documentations and as of now is communicating with Leland Management to correct posted
non-payments. According to Ms. Bloomfield, documentations were forwarded to the HOA. After a
combined agreements are reached, Ms. Bloomfield and myself, Sandra Williams will work towards a
payment plan where delinquent fees can be paid.

Hi. In response to case number 2017-ca-007328-0. Alll entries were confirmed with the exception of:
1. Payment listed 021616 in the amount of $171.00 - amount paid $185.95.
2. Payment listed 110116 in the amount of $171.00 - amount paid $371.00.
Copies of bank draft emailed reflects positive balances in both accounts. Please call me. I'm not
understanding your statement. | contacted both banks and my account was not in the negative. The
payments were made right after my funds were deposited.
Please inform me of any other actions | may need to take to rectify HOA concerns to include a payment
plan. Since receiving the filing # 60292452 on 083117, | have set up automatic bill pay to ensure this issue
is not repeated. !'m also in the process of consolidating all accounts into one to minimize accounting errors.
