The Paralegals and myself, Sandra Williams has reviewed ledgers and bank statements to determine dates of posted HOA (Home Owners Association) fees while at the same time comparing dates payments posted as paid versus dates of payments owed. Ms. Bloomfield has received and reviewed requested documentations and as of now is communicating with Leland Management to correct posted non-payments. According to Ms. Bloomfield, documentations were forwarded to the HOA. I'm not understanding your statement. | contacted both banks and my account was not in the negative. The payments were made right after my funds were deposited.
