CONDUCT A ZOOM MEDIATION WITH AN INCARCERATED LITIGANT

 

COMES NOW THE PLAINTIFF and moves this Court for Jeave to conduct

a zoom mediation with an incarcerated litigant and for action shows:

1. The Plaintiff and Defendant are before this Court on the complaint of the
Plaintiff for personal injury damages filed on or about March 8, 2018.

2. The Plaintiff is currently an inmate at the Broward County Jail awaiting trial on a
felony charge for which he has entered a plea of Not Guilty.

3. The Plaintiff's arrestee number is 501805036.

4. The Plaintiff and Defendant have agreed to a zoom mediation for this matter as a
means of alternative dispute resolution.
