Thank you for your time and consideration. By order on October 9, 2019, the Court granted
Plaintiff a Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale, a copy of which is attached for the Court's convenience.
However, because the mortgaged premises includes a mobile home, the third party purchaser at
sale held on January 13, 2020, requires language included within Plaintiff's proposed order to register
with the Department of Motor Vehicles and complete the sale.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the Court sign the enclosed amended order that
includes the necessary mobile home language to record the Referee's Deed and complete the sale.
