THIS CAUSE having come before this Court at the hearing on February 9, 2022, on the
Plaintiff, DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY’s Motion to Tax Costs against Defendant,
ANGEL ENRIQUE CRUZ, and the Court having considered the same, it is hereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be, and the same is hereby GRANTED, as
follows:
a. Plaintiff, DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY’s Motion to Tax Costs is hereby
GRANTED.
b. This Court hereby enters a Final Judgment of Costs, and awards costs in the amount of
$772.70 for Plaintiff, DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, and against the
Defendant, ANGEL ENRIQUE CRUZ, for which let execution issue forthwith.
c. Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order, by regular mail, to all parties not receiving service of
