Pursuant to the Court's March 21, 2022 Order of Reference, the undersigned Magistrate is
to conduct an evidentiary hearing on March 31, 2022 on Plaintiffs’ March 17, 2022 motion for a
preliminary injunction against Defendants. The case now comes before the Magistrate on
Plaintiffs’ March 22, 2022 motion for expedited discovery. On March 25, 2022, Defendant City
of Columbus, Ohio (City) filed a memorandum opposing Plaintiffs’ motion.
Plaintiffs’ motion is granted in part and denied in part, as follows
On or before March 28, 2022, the City shall file its answer to Plaintiffs’ complaint filed
on March 11, 2022.
On or before March 28, 2022, the City shall serve Plaintiffs’ counsel with the City’s
answers to Plaintiffs’ requests for admission served on the City on March 22, 2022
Plaintiffs’ motion for expedited discovery is in all other respects DENIED.
