S & K PROPERTIES LLC, BEING DULY SWORN, DEPOSES AND SAYS, THAT THE
DEFENDANT RESIDES IN MCCURTAIN COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA AND THAT
HIS/HER MAILING ADDRESS IS 1002 NE MAIN BROKEN BOW, OK 74728.
THAT THE PLAINTIFF IS THE OWNER AND IS ENTITLED TO THE IMMEDIATE
POSSESSION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN
MCCURTAIN COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA “SEE ATTACHED.”
THAT THE DEFENDANT HERETOFORE ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE PLAINTIFF WHEREBY, HE COULD OCCUPY THE ABOVE DESCRIBED
PREMISES IN EXCHANGE FOR MONTHLY RENTAL PAYMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$450.00 THAT THE DEFENDANT IS IN DEFAULT; THAT THE PLAINTIFF HAS
DEMANDED THE IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF SAID PREMISES BUT THE
DEFENDANT UNLAWFULLY DETAINS THE SAME; THAT THE PLAINTIFF SHOULD
BE PLACED IN THE IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF SAID PREMISES.
PLAINTIFF FURTHER STATES THAT THE DEFENDANT IS INDEBTED TO HIM
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1100.00 FOR RENT, PLUS COURT COSTS AND ALL OTHER
BILLS DUE ON SAID PREMISES; THE DEFENDANT IS IN DEFAULT.

NOTIFIED THAT IN CASE YOU DO NOT APPEAR, JUDGMENT WILL BE GIVEN TO

For and in consideration of Forty Three Thousand AND No/100; DOLLARS ($43,000) anPeryy
other good and valuable considerations the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
Seller does hereby agree to convey, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto Purchaser, the following
Property situated in McCurtain County, State of Oklahoma, said Property being described as follows:
Street Address: 1002 N.E. Main Broken Bow Ok
Legal Description: Lot 9 Block 20 Broken Bow Heights
Together with all rights of ownership associated with the property, including, but not limited to, all
easements and rights benefiting the premises
SUBJECT TO all recorded easements, rights-of-way, conditions, encumbrances and limitations
and to all applicable building and use restrictions, zoning laws and ordinances, if any, affecting the
property.
2.
PURCHASE PRICE AND TERMS
Purchaser shall pay an additional per month which shall be applied to the insurance policy for
the property further described in paragraph 7, during the life of this contract.
The purchase price of the property shall be $43,000.00. The purchaser does hereby agree to
pay to the order of the Seller the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) due by October13",
2020.
