RE: Filing #52793201 / CASE NUMBER: 17CA17
Clerk of the Court — Fourteenth Circuit - Washington County
1293 Jackson Avenue x Le
P.O. Box 647
Chipley, Florida 324288 v e
1 am writing on my behalf in response to the claim for foreclosure on property located on
Brickyard Rd, Chipley, FL.
Panhandle Family Medicine PA did default on this loan. Panhandle Family Medicine PA is no
longer in business and was ultimately dissolved.
There were personal guarantees made, by my self and by my then wife Ayshia Hatcher, at the
time of the initial Promissory Note on August 23, 2011 and with the Change in Terms Agree-
ment on December 9, 2013.
There was NO personal guaranty required nor made with the Change in Terms Agreement on
March 19, 2014. The appraised value of the property was much greater than the loan balance
at the time of that agreement.
The now dissolved Panhandle Family Medicine, PA has sole responsibility for the mortgage. I
would ask the court to proceed as such.
Respectfully,
Jason D Hatcher
