Specifically, this Court finds Plaintiff's lien superior to the tax deed recorded in official records Book 1130 Page 508 of the public records of Washington County, Florida, for Defendant, CAPITAL ONE NA AS COLL TLGF for the reasons set forth in Plaintiff's complaint. 9. Count III- Reformation of Mortgage- The Court finds that, as a matter of law, the Plaintiff may reform the mortgage to express the true intent of the parties.
