in hearing grounds therefore states the following:
1.Defendants are in the process of resolution with Plaintiff through one of the following pending
options to avoid foreclosure.
2. Defendants accept TD Bank loan modification offer after legal counsel is obtained.
3. Defendants are in progress refinancing with other lenders for more affordability.
4. Defendants generate revenue from property.
5. Defendants utilize debt consolidation options.
6. Defendant has an active Loan Modification Appeal.
WHEREFORE, the Defendant respectfully requests the court enter an order granting dismissal
of Non-Jury Trial until all loss mitigation options are exhausts
