STEVE MCGREGORY , being duly sworn upon my oath, deposes and says:
1. I am the above-captioned Defendant. I reside at 303 M.L. KING JR HOUSTON, MS 38851,
and I have personal knowledge of all facts set forth herein.
2. I am also the owner and principal of CALHOUN DISCOUNT MINI MALL LLC located at
111 N MADISON ST CALHOUN CITY, MS,38916, and have full authority to enter into
binding agreements on behalf of this entity.
3. I acknowledge that this Confession of Judgment has been executed with the intent to waive any
and all rights that I may have to appear in any action and defend same, to notice of entry or
intended entry of Judgment, to the domestication of such Judgment in any other jurisdiction or
county.
4. I have had the opportunity to consult with an attorney regarding this Confession of Judgment
and have either done so to my satisfaction or voluntarily and knowingly declined to do so.
5. This Affidavit of Confession is for money justly due to Plaintiff arising from Plaintiff's
purchase of receivables of CALHOUN DISCOUNT MINI MALL LLC and for CALHOUN
DISCOUNT MINI MALL LLC failure to remit the purchased receivables to the Plaintiff
pursuant to the Revenue Purchase Agreement.
6. Additionally, STEVE MCGREGORY agreed to personally guarantee the payment in the event
CALHOUN DISCOUNT MINI MALL LLC breaches the terms of the Revenue Purchase
Agreement.

7. CALHOUN DISCOUNT MINI MALL LLC agreed to pay Plaintiff the sum of $41,700
pursuant to the Revenue Purchase Agreement as follows: 15% of daily deposits estimated at
$278.00 a day until paid in full.
8. CALHOUN DISCOUNT MINI MALL LLC and STEVE MCGREGORY hereby confess
judgment and authorize entry of Judgment in the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
County of New York, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Orange, the
Supreme Court of the State of New York; County of Erie, or in any County in the State where I
reside, and in favor of Plaintiff in the sum of $41,700 less any payments made hereunder, plus
simple interest thereon at the annual rate of sixteen (16%) per annum from the date of default
until the date of entry of Judgment, plus costs and disbursements, plus legal fees to Plaintiff
calculated at twenty five percent (2S%) of the total afo ai ums
