deliver your payment to 201 E. University Ave., Gainesville, FL 32601. If you cannot make payment in
full, we can set up a payment plan for you. There is an additional fee of $25.00 for setting up the
payment plan.
Please be advised that Section 28.246(6), Florida Statutes, requires this office to collect the amounts due
or turn them over to a collection agency. Since we would rather not turn the debt over to a collection
agency, we are providing you with this additional opportunity to pay. To avoid incurring additional
collection agency fees, please make the required payment promptly.
