All wire transfer instructions, wire transfer receipts, cancelled checks (front and back),
ACH receipts, and other documents evidencing the payment of the consideration for each
of the sales to Gabriel Kirchberger;
All operating agreements for Southern Shore Enterprises, LLC, including, without
limitation, amended and restated operating agreements; and
All documents in your possession which evidence the identities of the member(s),
manager(s), and/or authorized agent(s) of Southern Shore Enterprises, LLC at any time.

surrender the original items. You may comply with this subpoena by providing legible copies
