Case No. 17-CA-917 GABRIEL KIRCHBERGER, CAROL DEVILLE, SOUTHERN SHORES ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and MOONSTONE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, Defendants. / ORDER OVERRULING DEFENDANTS’ OBJECTIONS TO REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTION THIS ACTION came before the Court for hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020 on the “General Objections” set forth in (1) Defendant, Moonstone Holdings, LLC’s Objections to Plaintiff's First Request for Production (e-filed on 12/30/19); (2) Defendant, Southem Shores Enterprises, LLC’s, Objections to Plaintiff's Request for Production Re: Count II filed November 19, 2019 (e-filed on 12/28/19); (3) Defendant, Southern Shores Enterprises, LLC’s, Objections to Plaintiff's First Request for Production filed July 25, 2019 (e-filed on 12/28/19); (4) Defendant, Golden Key Properties, LLC’s, Objections to Plaintiff's Request for Production of Documents filed July 25, 2019 (e-filed on 12/20/19); and (5) Defendant, Gabriel Kirchberger’s, Objections to Plaintiff's Request for Production of Documents filed July 25, 2019 (e-filed on 12/10/19) (collectively, the “General Objections”). The Court has reviewed the General Objections has heard the arguments of counsel, and is otherwise duly advised in the premises. Counsel for the Defendants have all advised the Court that no documents have been withheld from the Plaintiff based upon the General Objections set forth in the Responses to Plaintiff's Requests for Production 59749537-1 and further advised that they do not object to the Court overruling such General Objections, provided that such action shall not serve to overrule other similar objections in the future. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: 1 The General Objections are OVERRULED. 2.
