The Court has reviewed the motion, has heard the arguments of counsel, and is otherwise duly advised in the premises. The Court finds that Plaintiff has demonstrated good cause to extend the lis pendens as required by § 48.23(2), Fla. Stat. as interpreted by the District Court in JBJ Investments of South Florida, Inc. v. Maslanka, 163 So. 3d 726, 728-29 (Fla. 5th DCA 2015).
