THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Petitioner's Motion for Default Final Order
of Forfeiture. Being duly advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:
1. The property subject to this forfeiture action, to wit: $5,642.00 U.S. Currency
shall be and is hereby forfeited to the use and benefit of Petitioner, WILLIAM PRUMMELL,
